Thank you for choosing Simply Settled! Every order is created especially for you, which means a little extra care goes into every piece before it arrives at your door.

Processing Time

Because each item is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your artwork to be created, reviewed, and prepared for production.

Once your artwork is complete, it is carefully produced and shipped by one of our trusted print partners.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times within the United States are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Since we work with specialized production partners, different items in your order may ship from different facilities and arrive on different days.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order enters production, we are often unable to make address changes.

Simply Settled is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of any damaged items and packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
